Veggie Burgers
I love my black bean burgers, but I think it’s time for something new in the world of veggie burgers. I saw a recipe for eggplant based burgers which sounds pretty good, so I might try those. Does anyone else have suggestions? Leave them in my ‘ask’ box!

Thanksgiving Menu
Well I’m back in Virginia for Thanksgiving, and my mom and I just sat down to plan out our menu. So far it’s looking like… -Sweet potato casserole -Sliced squash and veggie plate -Garlic mashed potatoes -Fruit and nut pilaf -Whole grain roles -Stuffing -Tossed salad -Pumpkin pieĀ  Going to be cooking all day tomorrow and Thursday, can’t wait!
